About me

My name is Debora Ketija, and I am a clinical and health psychologist. In my work, I focus on strengthening each person's inner resources, developing emotional skills, and improving overall quality of life by helping clients find sustainable and practical solutions they can apply in everyday life. Creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment is at the heart of my practice. I believe it is important for people to have a space where they can openly talk about their challenges, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and, step by step, discover solutions that are meaningful and appropriate for them.

My methodological approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. The counseling process is tailored individually to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

I provide consultations for both adults and children facing various challenges, and I also conduct clinical assessments.

In accordance with the Law on Psychologists, I currently practice under the supervision of a supervisor while working towards my certification.
